Myself Assessment


I have Good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in Urdu “Specialization A critical study of Delhi comprising of romantic verse, earned Master’s Degree with Good marks from university of Delhi, working as Assistant Professor in Kirori Mal College Since approx ten years as permanent and approx one year Guest and I also taught personal contact class around four years as Guest basis in School of Open Learning in the University of Delhi and completed two post doctoral research in different time from different  eye conic institution government of India both research is an academic research position was as post Doctoral Fellow  in  University of Delhi, excluding the period of Doctor of Philosophy. research I published so many eye opened high quality articles indifferent international and national Urdu journal web journal and none-web journal both  some my books and papers are in under publication actively engaged in research. Regarding the Contribution to educational innovation, I designed  new syllabi of B.A. Urdu (H) and (P)  in semester mood  in February 2011 which mediated teaching learning process in reference to guided doctoral candidates here I will elaborate that, “In respect to the research guidance at many times we, the college teachers, requested Head, Department of Urdu, University of Delhi (as to be sent through an academic representation with reference to the guidelines about the same from University Grant Commission, Government of India and as per Delhi University norms) but he has always been found reluctant even to respond to it; hence there has never been a question of materializing the aforesaid. Therefore, it becomes one of the reasons as to why I remain unable to supply any information about research supervision / Guidance.” through my teaching, research and writings  continuously I am trying to be outstanding professional, with established reputation in the field, of Urdu which will be significant contributions to the knowledge in the Urdu academia  this to be substantiated by my credentials. My score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS).
The Following Vision and Objectives must to be followed by the Teacher.
Vision: Language is the main source of communication and expression of ideas and thoughts of the people and literature is the most effective tool to disclose a person’s emotions and feelings that represents, at large the environment and society around the persons. I wishes to develop and enlarge language ability in the students and to promote literary interest in creating and expressing their feelings and emotions in their writings.
To develop linkage program with the Urdu departments of various Universities of Asia, Europe, Africa and America Continents.
Formation of the Linguistic department with collaboration of Urdu department.
Formation of the department under title comparative study of literature written in Indian languages.
Formation of the Department under title comparative study of literature written in euro Asian Languages.
Formation of the Institute of Composition and translation for fulfilling the curricular requirements of the various disciplines of the University.
Objectives:  Teaching of the National Language of different academic levels as the compulsory subject.
Teaching of other Indian Classical Poets through Urdu for National Solidarity and oneness. Offering of B.A (H) (4, years program) M.A, M.Phil, and Ph.D Programs in Urdu in order to promote comparative studies, research activities and awareness among the scholars.
To enhance the skill of communication thought writing & speaking among the students and to encourage them in participating research and analytical studies of socio cultural subjects.
